Ordering & Shipping
When will my order ship?
Orders placed before 3 PM ET Monday–Friday dispatch the same day. Standard shipping is 2–5 business days and free over $125. Express (1–2 day) and overnight options are available at checkout.
Do you ship to multiple locations?
Yes — orders of 12+ units can drop-ship to up to 6 addresses at no extra charge. Call us to set it up.
Can I order by phone?
Absolutely. Call 1-800-507-6002, Mon–Fri 7am–9pm ET, and a specialist will build the order with you.
Programming & Licensing
Will new radios work with my existing fleet?
In most cases, yes. Motorola, Kenwood, and iCom business radios on the same frequency band are interoperable. Send us a photo of the back-label sticker from one of your current radios and we will program your new units to match before they ship — free.
Do I need an FCC license?
UHF and VHF business radios require an FCC license. We file the paperwork free on orders of 4+ radios. LTE push-to-talk radios and satellite communicators need no FCC license.
How long do you keep my programming profile?
Two years. Radios you add later ship pre-matched to your existing channels with no reprogramming.
Returns & Warranty
What is your return policy?
30 days from delivery, open-box accepted, no restocking fees. We email you a prepaid return label.
How do warranty claims work?
Every product carries its full manufacturer warranty, and we file claims on your behalf — no shipping back to the manufacturer yourself.
What if a radio fails in the field?
For fleets of 8+ units, our swap program ships a replacement the same day you report the failure.

How do I set up tax-exempt purchasing?
Upload your reseller or non-profit certificate once through your business account and tax is removed from qualifying orders going forward.
Do you offer payment terms?
Net-30 terms are available for qualified businesses with $2,500+ annual volume. Apply on the Business Accounts page — approval typically takes one business day.
Is there bulk pricing?
Yes — multi-unit discounts apply automatically at 4+, 12+, and 24+ unit quantities, no code needed.
