Motorola radios are guaranteed for a period of 1, 2 or 3 years, depending on radio, against mechanical and electrical defects. Kenwood and iCom Radios radios are guaranteed for 2 years against mechanical and electrical defects. If a problem should occur with your product within the warranty period beginning on the date of purchase, please call 1-800-507-6002 to receive an RMA number and information will be provided on how to return your product. Packages arriving without an RMA number cannot be processed, and will be discarded. Once the returned product has been received, it will be replaced within 14 business days.
Defective Returns:If you received a product that is defective out of the box, please call us at 1-800-507-6002 within the first 10 days, and a RMA number and instructions will be provided. Packages arriving without a RMA number cannot be processed, and will be discarded. We offer two options in handling defective items.
Option 1 - We can advance replace the product by charging your credit card for the replacement amount, and in most cases ship your product the same day. Once the defective product is returned and confirmed defective, a credit will be issued back to your credit card for the same amount charged.
Option 2 - The defective product is returned and confirmed defective. Your replacement product is then processed and will be shipped to you within 2 business days.
Replacement products are always shipped to the customer via Ground delivery.
Returns for Repair:If your product is past the date of warranty, and is need of a repair. Please call 1-800-507-6002 to receive an RMA number and return instructions. Packages arriving without a RMA number cannot be processed, and will be discarded. When receiving your RMA, please advise us of the products issue, and an estimate will be provided to you. If the product is in need of extensive repair, you will be notified prior to any repairs being made.
